Born and breed West Coaster who had a wee mid life crisis at 50 and did her chef training.

BUT ...... no restaurant work for me - lets work for ourselves - much better fit with lifestyle

It all began as a general caterer, quickly morphing into something special with a Mobile Food Bus and a Portable Commercial Kitchen building for construction work catering. It's taken on a life of its own here in Greymouth, New Zealand!

At MASH Mobile Mess Tent, we travel, plan bespoke menus, communicate throughout the process, and love to do things differently. Every catering gig is special, but the satisfaction from organising and planning events like weddings and birthdays makes for an interesting job. The option to travel to provide our services is a definite highlight.
